: I recently purchased a jaguar xf from lakeview cars.The sales staff, particularly David were incredibly helpful and I felt no sales pressure at all.when the car was delivered it looked emaculate! Unfortunately a fault light came up when the car was being delivered and the driver brought it straight to my attention.David and the team immediately supplied me with a temporary vehicle and arranged for the jaguar to be taken to their garage to be repaired. I have now been driving the car for two weeks and it drives like new. I Would like to thank the whole team at lakeview for making the whole experience a good one and will definitely be purchasing vehicles from them in the future. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family when next looking to change a vehicle.

Very happy with my experience with Lakeview when purchasing an Alfa 147 Ducati Corse. From first contact to delivery of the vehicle each member of the team I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Their Whatsapp is quick to respond and makes it easy to keep in contact with regular updates. The vehicle itself was second hand but just as described so I knew what to expect. Really happy with the service here and Damien was so helpful. There were 2 cars i was interested in but when i called they had already gone. Thankfully Damien talked of one that i may have been interested in, and it was perfect! They put a new MoT on it and Service, and delivered it to me with the relevant paperwork. Nice and easy. No choice but to write a review for these guys...Customer service is second to none.

Had an ongoing Engine Warning light issue on my VW Crafter and instead of simply palming me like most garages would do they do the opposite.

They've relentlessly pick-up and dropped-off the vehicle to fit new parts and haven't once complained or tried to pass the buck or asked for payment.

Owners and staff are ridiculously quick to respond to emails, calls.

They really are the Unicorns of the cars sales business!

A note to the competition....this is how you build trust and get word of mouth recommendations.

Well, I can honestly say I have never had such fabulous service from start to finish. Having had a crash on Christmas Day which wrote my car off, once my insurance had sorted everything out, I needed a new family car, and saw exactly what I wanted, but it was 170 miles away. Damien was brilliant, funny and made me feel at ease, and my new car was with us within 2 working days with a fresh service,12 months MOT, and delivered in perfect condition and exactly as described. I was obviously worried as I have never bought a car without seeing it first, but I needn’t had worried at all. After a few days, a warning light came on, so I contacted Damien and he was amazing. The car was sorted at a local garage, I was amazed that Damien dealt with this personally, and his office team even called to say that it was sorted, paid for and I could go and collect it, even though the garage had also called me. I would absolutely buy a car from this company again, even though they are so far away. Thanks for my new car!
